Skids - Skids 1977 (Uk) [CD]

Skids 1977 documents The Skids' first studio demo recordings, captured in October 1977 and officially released here for the first time on Awrite Records. Recorded by the original lineup of Richard Jobson (vocals), Stuart Adamson (guitar), Bill Simpson (bass) and Tom Kellichan (drums), the collection features the earliest recordings of songs written by the late Stuart Adamson (Skids, Big Country, The Raphaels), later dubbed "Britain's answer to Jimi Hendrix" by legendary BBC Radio 1 DJ John Peel.
